Refund policy

- Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns only within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be found to be defective by us after we receive the returned item before a refund will be issued with reimbursement of return shipping costs. We normally do not accept exchanges for reasons other than defects in materials or craftmanship. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do all we can to resolve the issue. 

- Remember that our products are handwash only and cannot be washed in a dishwasher other than the removeable stainless-steel hardware. Never put the wooden parts in the dishwasher. Store your items in a dry place and oil them regularly. We do not replace items that have not been properly cared for.
